KFD series vegetables freeze dried machine are manufactured through standardized production processes. How to freeze dry vegetables?( freeze drying brocolli)

 

1. Vegetable cutter: dicing of broccoli


2. Cleaning and color protection machine: Cleans the surface of the broccoli from contaminants and protects the broccoli from color change.


3. Blanching: Blanching activates the enzyme activity in the vegetable, which helps to preserve the color and prevent color change due to oxidation. In addition, blanching slows down the enzymatic activity of the tissues and helps maintain the texture of the broccoli.

 

4.Drain the surface of broccoli: Drain the surface water to avoid too much water leading to too long freeze-drying time and increase the load of vegetable freeze-drying machine


5. Vacuum freeze dryer system: pre-freezer, freeze dryer, transportation trolley;


5.1Pre-freezing library: put the drained water of the broccoli into the pre-freezing library of the vegetable freeze dryer for about 4 hours of freeze drying, with the pre-freezing temperature at about -40℃, until the center of the broccoli is completely frozen into ice cubes.

 

5.2Vacuum Freeze-drying Machine: Put the frozen broccoli into the vacuum freeze-drying bin, after 18~22h of vacuum drying, the water in broccoli is removed, and the moisture content of freeze-dried broccoli is between 5%~10%.

Kassel Vegetable Freeze Dryer meets GMP requirements, the whole machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel; Vegetable Freeze Dryer can control the whole broccoli freeze-drying process through Siemens PLC electronic control system, and carry out the freeze-drying data recording, storing, tracking (e.g. freeze-drying temperature, freeze-drying time, freeze-drying vacuum) and authority management for the process of freeze-drying broccoli, and all the freeze-drying data and the freeze-drying process curve can be printed out and used for the process. All freeze-drying data and process curves can be printed out for the optimization of freeze-drying process.
