The Coffee Freeze Dryer is designed for the production of high-quality freeze-dried coffee. Its principle of operation is based on vacuum freeze-drying technology, by which water is removed from the fresh coffee concentrate to obtain coffee powder with excellent taste and easy storage. During the freeze-drying process, the fresh coffee concentrate is frozen into ice cubes, and then, by adjusting the pressure of the drying chamber and slowly heating the frozen coffee concentrate, the water gradually sublimates and transfers from the inside of the coffee concentrate to the surface, where it is eventually removed. This drying method helps to retain the original nutrients, aroma, and flavor of the coffee beans.The KFD-20 Coffee Freeze Dryer can process 200~270kg of concentrated coffee liquid each time. The machine is also equipped with an advanced Siemens PLC control system, which realizes the automation of production and helps to save labor costs. During the freeze-drying process, the PLC system can manage and record various data in real-time, including temperature, pressure, vacuum, time, production failure, alarm, freeze-drying process curve, etc., to ensure a more stable production process.
